I'm following Stephen Fry amongst others - very entertaining :)
You use it as much or as little as you want. I've managed to link up my Postcrossing.com & Facebook pages with twitter + each time I update my lenses on Squidoo.com , it also feeds to twitter and Facebook.
Will have to see if there is a feed off here I can use to twitter.
If you sell online, as I do, it's a great way of advertising :)
